After graduating for his academic degree (MBA/Drs.) in Business Administration with specialization in Strategy, Marketing & Distribution and his Bachelor degree in Food & Business, Tim has built more than 25 years of international experience in successfully leading Strategic, Marketing, Sales and New Business Development processes for multiple world class companies.
For both Food and Non-Food companies, Tim has served in multiple leading roles, nationally and internationally. With a responsibility varying from local to worldwide, Tim knows what it means to define upstream Vision and Strategy, as well as how to effectively and pragmatically implement them downstream himself.
Based on his extensive experience Tim knows exactly where typical challenges and opportunities might arise and how to effectively deal with them. Not only from a content perspective but also from a people perspective. Making sure people have the right qualifications and the drive to deliver is key to success.
After having worked for companies like Georgia-Pacific, FrieslandCampina, Bakker Bart, Dawn Foods and Zeelandia, Tim founded the brand new company VIA Management Consulting in 2024. VIA stands for Vision in Action. Vision without action lacks tangible and monetary results. Action without vision leads to inefficiency and suboptimal use of resources. It is the combination of a clear and well thought through vision put into the right actions that leads to success.
